Prime Minister Approves Reduction in Petroleum Product Prices

The Prime Minister has approved a reduction in petroleum product prices to provide relief to the public. The new prices have been implemented immediately across the country.
According to sources, the price of petrol has been reduced by Rs 5.66 per liter, bringing the new price to Rs 263.02 per liter.

Diesel has seen a decrease of Rs 1.39 per liter, and its new price is now set at Rs 275.42 per liter.
Similarly, the price of kerosene oil has been cut by Rs 3.26 per liter, making the new rate Rs 181.71 per liter.

This recent reduction in petroleum product prices is a welcome step by the government, aiming to ease inflation pressure and support the public during tough economic times.
