PTI demands Private Hospital Treatment for Imran Khan

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf demanded urgent treatment for its founder Imran Khan. Party leaders said his right eye condition requires immediate attention. They called for his transfer to a private hospital. Concerns grew that ignoring his illness could lead to permanent vision loss. PTI officials claimed authorities are delaying proper medical care.

Opposition Leader in the National Assembly of Pakistan, Mehmood Khan Achakzai, criticized the government for ignoring the situation. He questioned who would be responsible if Imran loses eyesight. He also said roads leading to Parliament are blocked. The restriction has prevented PTI members from reaching key locations. He warned that the government must act before the issue escalates.

Barrister Gohar Ali Khan said PTI members face obstacles in resolving matters peacefully. He stated that authorities are stopping party members from taking action. He warned that if the situation worsens, the government may lose control. The barrister urged immediate steps to prevent a crisis. Leaders emphasized resolving the issue legally and safely.

Senator Kamran Murtaza expressed concern over the former prime minister’s eye health. He claimed Imran may have lost 85 percent vision in his right eye. He criticized the government for waiting too long to respond. He demanded prompt medical assistance to prevent permanent damage. Senator Murtaza called politicizing health a serious misfortune.

He further referenced the politicization of Kulsoom Nawaz’s illness as a warning. He suggested that Rana Sanaullah and opposition leaders jointly review Imran Khan’s condition. Leaders urged transparency and immediate action for the former prime minister. They emphasized that health must remain above politics to avoid unnecessary tragedy.
