Qatari Prime Minister Calls for Strong Response to Israeli Attacks

Qatar’s Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman said that a strong and effective response must be given to Israeli attacks. He also urged the international community to stop applying double standards and hold Israel accountable for all its crimes.

A two-day meeting of Arab and Islamic countries is ongoing in Doha to show solidarity against Israeli aggression. Today, foreign ministers from Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Yemen, and other Islamic countries, including Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, attended the meeting.

Speaking at the meeting, the Qatari Prime Minister said that Arab countries condemned the brutal Israeli attack on Qatar and supported legal steps to protect Qatar’s sovereignty. He emphasized that Israel will not succeed in forcibly displacing Palestinians and criticized Israel for repeatedly rejecting ceasefire proposals.

He added that Israel is deliberately trying to spread the war to other countries in the region, but Israeli actions will not stop Qatar’s efforts to mediate a ceasefire in Gaza.

It is expected that in tomorrow’s summit, a joint resolution will be passed under the Arab League and Organization of Islamic Cooperation condemning Israel. Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will also attend this important meeting.
