Recycle Plastic, Get Instant Cash – Punjab Launches Eco-Friendly Cash-Back Initiative in Lahore

Lahore – In a groundbreaking move to combat plastic pollution and promote environmental responsibility, the Punjab Government has launched a new recycling campaign under the Chief Minister’s Green Credits Programme in collaboration with a private company.

The initiative encourages citizens to collect and submit used plastic bottles in exchange for instant cash rewards.

Program Details:

Submit 20 bottles of 1.5 litres and receive Rs. 1000 in cash on the spot.

40 bottles of 0.5 litres and receive Rs. 1000 in cash on the spot.

This incentive-based programme is designed to actively engage the public in recycling efforts while also offering a financial benefit. By turning plastic waste into opportunity, the campaign aims to reduce litter and foster eco-conscious behaviour among citizens.
