Russia Supports Trump Peace Plan for Ukraine Ceasefire

Russia has supported the U.S. peace proposal aimed at achieving a ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine, marking a major shift in ongoing talks. President Vladimir Putin confirmed that the plan includes several key Russian demands, making it an important development in the Trump peace plan for the Russia-Ukraine ceasefire. Putin’s comments suggest the proposal could become a basis for meaningful negotiations.
Putin warned that if Ukraine rejects the agreement, Russia may expand its military control into more Ukrainian regions. He referenced the recent takeover of Kupiansk and stated that similar actions could be carried out in other strategic areas if necessary.
