Suspect arrested for harassing and attempting to abduct ticket worker Samia Hijab

Islamabad: Police have arrested a man accused of harassing and attempting to abduct female TikToker Samia Hijab. The suspect was apprehended under the jurisdiction of Shalimar Police Station in Islamabad.
According to sources, the suspect had been stalking Samia Hijab for several days and allegedly attempted to forcibly abduct her on the evening of August 31 at around 6:30 PM. A First Information Report (FIR) was registered at Shalimar Police Station following the incident.
Police officials confirmed that preliminary interrogation of the suspect has been completed, while further investigation is ongoing. The identity and photograph of the accused have not been disclosed at this stage.
Authorities have stated that legal proceedings will move forward based on the evidence collected during the investigation.
