New Delhi: Indian Air Chief Marshal A.P. Singh has claimed that during the recent conflict, the Indian Air Force (IAF) destroyed six Pakistani aircraft, including five fighter jets.

Speaking to the media, he stated that the IAF targeted Pakistani airbases and destroyed aircraft stationed there. However, the claims come three months after the incident and have been made without any concrete evidence, raising serious questions about the IAF’s credibility and professional conduct.

In contrast, Pakistan had released detailed evidence shortly after the May 7 aerial engagement, including documentation of downed Indian fighter jets such as the Rafale. Several Indian media outlets also acknowledged the losses.

Additionally, the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) publicly released intercepted cockpit communications from Indian pilots, further supporting its version of events.
