Weather Becomes Pleasant Across Lahore, Punjab, and KP After Rain

LAHORE – Moderate to heavy rains hit Lahore and other parts of Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Azad Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday night. The rainfall brought pleasant weather and relief from the heat.

Heavy rain was recorded in cities including Lahore, Mianwali, and Sargodha. Meanwhile, Attock city experienced a hailstorm alongside heavy rain.

In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar and its surrounding areas also received rain. The showers helped reduce the scorching heat that had persisted in the region.

Thunderstorms occurred in Kundian, Phalia, Chashma, and nearby areas. Pind Dadan Khan and its surroundings experienced heavy rainfall as well.

Intermittent rain continued in Bhalwal and neighboring areas. Thunderstorms were reported in Muridke and its surrounding regions, providing relief to locals.

Cold weather returned in most areas of Azad Jammu and Kashmir. Light snowfall was reported in the mountain regions, adding to the seasonal chill.

Overall, the widespread rainfall brought temporary respite from high temperatures across Punjab, KP, and AJK. Citizens welcomed the cooler and wetter conditions.
