Wife Marries Off Husband to Her Childhood Friend in Lahore

Lahore: A wedding story from Lahore has surprised many after a woman arranged her own husband’s marriage to her childhood friend.

According to details, Kishwar, the first wife, convinced her 35-year-old husband to marry her 18-year-old best friend, Kiran.

She explained that she had been close to Kiran since childhood and did not want to lose her to someone else. Instead, she chose to bring her into the family through marriage.

Kishwar said that the decision may seem unusual to outsiders, but for them it has created a happy and peaceful household. She added that both families have accepted the marriage and all three are living together in harmony.
