YouTuber Ducky Bhai Challenges Physical Remand in Session Court

Famous YouTuber Saad ur Rehman, widely known as Ducky Bhai, has filed an appeal against his physical remand order.
According to details, the appeal was submitted in the Lahore Session Court through his lawyer, Chaudhry Usman Ali. The court has admitted the appeal for hearing.
In the plea, Ducky Bhai argued that the judicial magistrate approved a four-day physical remand without properly reviewing the facts. He requested the court to annul the remand order.
The court has issued a notice to the NCCIA and directed it to submit a written response by September 1.
It is worth mentioning that Ducky Bhai is facing allegations of promoting gambling applications in his online videos.
