The Bangladesh Premier League faced an unexpected situation today when players refused to take part in a scheduled match, causing delays and confusion at the venue. Due to the protest, BPL players boycott match, and the game could not even reach the toss stage.

The match between Chattogram Challengers and Noakhali Express was set to be played in Mirpur, Dhaka. However, neither team arrived at the ground, and officials confirmed that the match could not begin because of the boycott.

Reports say the protest was triggered by a statement made by a director of the Bangladesh Cricket Board. After the statement, players warned that they would stop participating in cricket activities if their concerns were not addressed.
