Court Grants Bail to Armaghan in Illegal Call Center Case

A Karachi court has approved bail for Armaghan, the accused in the Mustafa Amir murder case, in a separate case related to running an illegal call center. The court decision means Armaghan granted bail in this specific case, while other cases against him are still under trial.
During the hearing, the defense lawyer argued that the inquiry against Armaghan was completed in 2025 and no evidence was presented by the prosecution. The lawyer told the court that there is neither a complaint nor any witness against the accused in the illegal call center case.
After hearing the arguments, the court ordered that Armaghan should be released if he is not wanted in any other case. The judge also directed the accused to submit surety bonds worth Rs100,000 as part of the bail conditions.

The court clarified that the bail approval is only for the illegal call center case. Armaghan is still facing serious charges, including the Mustafa Amir murder case, illegal weapons possession, and money laundering, which remain under hearing.
Legal experts say the decision highlights the importance of evidence in criminal cases, as Armaghan granted bail due to lack of proof in this particular matter, while proceedings in other cases will continue as per law.
