No Sri Lankan Player Is Returning Home, Team Manager Confirms

The Sri Lankan cricket team manager has confirmed that all players will stay in Pakistan and continue the ongoing tour. Addressing recent media reports, he clearly stated that no Sri Lankan player is returning home, and the team remains fully committed to completing the scheduled matches.
The team manager said that every Sri Lankan player will remain in Pakistan and that none of them have decided to leave. His statement came after earlier reports suggested that some players were considering returning home due to security concerns.

Following those reports, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) took quick action to ensure the smooth continuation of the series. PCB Chairman and Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi met with the Sri Lankan team and assured them of enhanced security arrangements to make the players feel safe and comfortable.
After receiving these assurances, the Sri Lankan Cricket Board also confirmed that its players were satisfied with the arrangements. They appreciated the PCB and Mohsin Naqvi for personally ensuring that all safety measures were in place for the remainder of the tour.

Sri Lanka is scheduled to play the remaining two ODIs of the ongoing series against Pakistan, followed by a tri-nation series in Pakistan. The situation has now stabilized, and no Sri Lankan player is returning home, marking a positive step for cricket relations between the two nations.
