PTI demands proper medical care for Imran Khan: Salman Akram Raja

Senior Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Salman Akram Raja expressed serious concern about Imran Khan’s health on Thursday. He said the issue goes beyond politics.
Raja stated that secretly taking Imran Khan to hospital without informing his family was unacceptable. He called the situation deeply troubling.
Moreover, he demanded that doctors from Shaukat Khanum Hospital be allowed to examine the PTI founder. He said only medical matters would be discussed.
He further stressed that PTI’s struggle remains peaceful, constitutional, and humanitarian. He added that health concerns should never become political.

Meanwhile, Federal Information Minister Attaullah Tarar rejected claims about Imran Khan’s poor health. He said the former prime minister is completely healthy.
Tarar confirmed that Imran Khan underwent a brief eye procedure at PIMS Islamabad. The procedure lasted around 20 minutes.
Finally, he said doctors examined Imran Khan in jail before transferring him to hospital with consent. He later returned to Adiala Jail safely.
