556 Pakistanis Return from Iran Amid crisis

More than 556 Pakistanis returned from Iran as tensions rose after a joint attack by the United States and Israel. The attack reportedly killed Iranian leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei along with several senior officials. As a result, fear spread across different parts of Iran. Consequently, many Pakistani citizens decided to return home quickly.
According to sources, 506 students and 50 pilgrims crossed into Pakistan through the Taftan border. Authorities confirmed their safe arrival in Balochistan. Meanwhile, the number of returning citizens continued to increase. In the past two days, about 940 Pakistanis reached home through the Taftan border crossing.
Upon arrival, officials from the Federal Investigation Agency received the returning citizens at the border. They also completed all required immigration checks and documentation. Furthermore, authorities arranged basic assistance for the travelers after their long journey. Officials ensured that the process remained smooth and organized.

another group of Pakistanis entered the country through the Gabd Rimdan border crossing. This group included 136 citizens, among them 25 students. As a result, the combined number of returnees from different crossings increased significantly. Authorities continued monitoring the situation closely.
Students who returned described a tense and fearful atmosphere in Iran after the attack. Many said they felt unsafe and worried about their future. Therefore, they decided to leave the country quickly. They also thanked the Pakistani embassy for helping them return safely.
