Security forces foiled two border infiltration attempts along the Pakistan-Afghanistan border in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, killing 13 militants. This successful operation highlights ongoing efforts to secure national borders. It also reflects the military’s strong response to rising cross-border threats.

According to Inter-Services Public Relations, the militants belonged to a group described as “Fitna al-Khawarij.” Officials said the group was allegedly backed by external elements. The statement emphasized that such threats continue to challenge regional stability and security.

Moreover, in Mohmand District, security forces detected suspicious movement near the border. They quickly engaged the group and carried out a targeted operation. As a result, eight militants were killed during the exchange of fire.
