In a dramatic incident near the Saleh Pat area of Sukkur, a man saved his wife from the jaws of a crocodile.
The couple was walking along a canal when a crocodile suddenly attacked the woman, dragging her into the water. Acting swiftly and bravely, the husband, Hab Ali, managed to free her from the crocodile’s grip using his bare hands.
According to police, the woman sustained serious injuries to her leg and was rushed to the hospital. After receiving medical treatment, she was discharged and is now recovering at home.
In a similar case in the United States, a 15-year-old girl, Summer Henot, survived an attack by a 10-foot crocodile in Florida. The reptile grabbed her by the leg and pulled her underwater. Showing a remarkable presence of mind, she fought back fiercely—punching the crocodile in the head multiple times.
Henot said the crocodile let go briefly but grabbed her again. She then kicked vigorously, freed herself, and swam to safety. The incident was confirmed by the Walton County Sheriff’s Office.
