Rana Sanaullah Says Imran Khan Responsible For Political Crisis

Prime Minister’s adviser Rana Sanaullah strongly criticized Imran Khan and said the former premier is personally responsible for his current political and legal situation. He stated that Imran Khan always preferred confrontation over democratic politics. Moreover, he added that real political leadership requires dialogue, patience, and political understanding.

While speaking to journalists at the Parliament House, Rana Sanaullah said Imran Khan’s future remains in his own hands. He explained that no political leader can move forward through constant conflict and aggressive politics. Furthermore, he advised the PTI founder to focus on political engagement instead of creating divisions within the country’s political environment.

Rana Sanaullah also raised concerns about security issues connected to neighboring Afghanistan. He urged Afghan authorities to stop their territory from being used for terrorism against Pakistan. In addition, he claimed that many terrorist networks operating inside Pakistan maintain links with bases and training centers located across the border.

He said security agencies have carried out targeted operations against terrorist hideouts to protect the country. According to Rana Sanaullah, militants often cross into Pakistan after receiving training abroad. Therefore, he emphasized the need for stronger regional cooperation and immediate action to eliminate terrorism and improve national security conditions.

Discussing internal security matters, Rana Sanaullah said all major decisions are currently being made through consultation between Pakistan’s political and military leadership. He noted that issues related to national security require collective planning and coordination. Consequently, he described the ongoing cooperation between civilian and military institutions as essential for stability.

Rana Sanaullah also defended Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and said cabinet decisions are based on collective responsibility rather than individual authority. He invited critics to openly present objections regarding government decisions. In conclusion, Rana Sanaullah repeated that Imran Khan’s future depends on his own political choices and approach.
