Two brothers killed for just over 30 rupees in Raiwind

In a tragic incident in Lahore’s Raiwind area, two brothers lost their lives following a violent altercation with a fruit vendor and his accomplices — all reportedly over a dispute involving just 30 rupees.

According to police, 21-year-old Wajid died on the spot due to the brutal assault, while his 17-year-old brother Rashid succumbed to his injuries in the ICU after battling for his life.

Authorities have arrested one suspect, while raids are ongoing to apprehend the remaining individuals involved.

Adding to the tragedy, bystanders at the scene reportedly chose to film the assault rather than intervene to save the young men.
